Teens today face life challenging experiences. Loads of school works, family problems and even the consequences in the process of adolescence. We all know that when we put these problems together, we may not know what it can do to us.
Depression kills. Over thinking kills. Loneliness kills. There are numerous cases of suicide because of this. Others may think that this is just an over reacting thought but they don’t know how many lives it costs. We should take care of those people who suffer from depression. Let’s give hope, light and easiness to them. May we help them to carry the baggage they are lifting.

Stop making a fuss about this case. Start encouraging those who suffer. The institutions must take action about this. They must not sit there and just watch teenagers die. The concern and love must be evident to us because that’s all they need to stop embracing the depression. To stop them from killing themselves. It starts within the people around them, the people they look up to. Be an encouragement, not another load.
Depression is not a joke. It can kill you without knowing. It affects you psychological well-being big time. If the government can’t do anything, then let’s take the action.
Each one, reach one.
